The kids were so excited to be welcomed by the rain forest that grew in our classroom overnight!  We had a great time canoeing down the Amazon River.  We learned a lot about the people of the rain forest.  See if your kiddo can tell you a fact or two!

We played a great game with place value.  The kids threw snowballs with teen numbers written on them.  They raced to their seats to build the number using tens and ones.  They did GREAT!!  I was so impressed by how quickly they caught on!  It was a good time for sure!

The kids worked really hard on their animal reports!  I am getting excited to see them present their reports next Friday, April 11th at 10:30!
