This morning we wrapped up our gingerbread unit by decorating a homemade gingerbread man! The kids added m&ms, fruit loops, and licorice to complete this yummy snack!
After music we grabbed milk and headed back to class to enjoy him with our healthy snack from Mr. Matthew. Unfortunately when we returned all we found was a BIG mess! The gingerbread man had ran away and destroyed our room in the process! Luckily we found a clue that led us on a chase around the school.
Our last clue led us back to our room where we enjoyed our snack! It was a really fun day to be a kindergartener (and a K teacher!).

Next week the kids will be going shopping during specials on Wednesday and Thursday. Your child has an envelope and a shopping list from PTO in their folder. Let me know if you have any questions! Have a wonderful weekend!
