This morning we learned about being a mail carrier. The kids were very excited to go home and play mail carrier with their bags they created!
They also have new buildings in Kinder City! They were doctors...
construction workers....
anchor men and women...
weather reporters...
grocery store employees and shoppers....
and salon workers!
Mommies and daddies, there is nail polish involved at the salon. I allow ALL students to use it. If you would prefer that your child did not have painted nails please talk to them at home but remind them that some of their friends may paint their nails!
We practiced subtracting with "cookie monster" mats. They had a lot of fun using simple mats and chips to represent the cookies. I am trying to get them to move the objects as they subtract to reinforce taking them away.
