This morning I surprised the kids with a brand new book, Pete the Cat's First Thanksgiving! They were pumped to see our favorite character. Following the reading we made our first Thanksgiving retell bracelets. Ask your kiddo to tell you the story (there is a cheat sheet in their folders).
We went outside for a few minutes and it was SO cold! Be sure that your kiddo has hat, gloves, and a coat they can zip!
We read Thank You, Thanksgiving and made a list of five things we are thankful for. We turned that list into a cute turkey craft for your Thanksgiving table!
I am so thankful to have such a wonderful class of students and families! I work at a wonderful school with amazing teachers! Happy Thanksgiving!
