This morning we read Merry Christmas Splat the Cat. The kids then wrote letters to Santa about something they want and something they need. They had a lot of fun "shopping" through the ads to find pictures of their items.
We introduced their vocabulary words, slumbering, delight, and blustery from Bear Snores On.
The kids did some math magic by turning a 2D semi-circle into a 3D cone Christmas tree!
Mrs. Preston has asked that if you have any free time to volunteer at the book fair she would REALLY appreciate it!
